Creating a Workfile

This feature allows you to create either a new Opportunity or a Repair Order workfile manually.

To create a new workfile

Click New > Workfile – Repair Order, or Workfile - Opportunity from the menu bar. The workfile Contacts tab screen opens.
Enter the workfile information in the appropriate fields for each workfile tab.
Select Save, or Save and Close from the toolbar.
